CALLback Service
The CALLback service is just like having an answering machine
answer your calls when you can't. No Subscription fees apply to this service (Not like
other networks!). When a caller has left a message you will be notified via SMS (Short
Message Service), a small envelope icon should appear on you mobile's screen. (
Remember once you have read your SMS message, be sure to delete the message or your Mobile
will fill up with messages and have no room left to store notification of new messages
waiting for you). Or you can be notified via Ring alert where vodafone will ring you and
let you know that you have messages waiting (Like the old Analogue (AMPS) mobile phone
voice mail box notification). You can then chose to listen to your new messages or just
hang up and listen to them latter (This option is enabled by default)
To activate this service just call 122 or 123 from your
VodaFone.
Once you have activated this service you can personalise you
welcoming message by calling 121 from your VodaFone. Press 95 Once and follow the Voice
prompts to record your message.
To activate SMS alert of voice messages waiting, Dial 1218 (Free
Call)
To activate Ring alert of voice messages waiting, Dial 1219
(Free Call)
To retrieve you messages call 121 from your VodaFone
Or simply listen to them if you have Ring alert active, when
Ring alert calls you to let you know you have new messages.

To Divert "All Calls" to your CALLback service, Dial 1212 (Free Call)
To Cancel "All Calls" diversion, Dial 1213 (Free Call)
To Divert calls when "No Answer" , "Engaged" or
