Well it's now past the 1st of Feb, But still no Cell Broadcasts... Not sure what's happing. Will add more info as soon as i find out.

Melbourne is 70% covered. Commercial Action will be very shortly.

Internetworking SMS has been delayed.. till third quarter of 2001 (may be earlier).

New billing system will start to show results in 2 months time... Bills SHOULD be much better by then.

Cell Broadcast should be turned on in all states on Feb 1st. Internetworking SMS was meant to be around the same time but has been delayed.

New Billing system has been installed! I hope this will fix the biggest concern of most users.
