Other Users Experiences / Comments on the One.Tel's GSM 1800 Network

I've been a one.tel customer for almost a
year...I have come across several problems with there customer service...e.g. I ordered 2
SIMs for BYO plan 1 of the SIMs arrived...after 3 1hour waiting in queues calls and
several other calls to them. being told I can't get the 2nd SIM as I have had too many
services and they have to see if I'm a reliable customer in paying bills etc...finally
after 6weeks after ordering 2 SIMs. I rang them to cancel all services with them and I
would take them to the TIO - telecommunication industry ombudsman the guy told me that
they misplaced the SIM...
I have spent at least $20 in phone calls to them...
90% of there staff that I spoke to are completely dumb (copied Telstra) but I have 2 say
that the other 10% were the most friendly people I have spoke to.
One.tel/Telstra coverage and mobile rates are fantastic but there customer service is some
what undesirable...
