CALLscreen Service


CALLscreen service is just like the CALLback service but instead of the caller leaving a voice message, A VodaFone assistance answerers the call, reads out your customized welcome message, writes down a message from the caller and then sends you a SMS message to your phone. The great advantage of this service is that you don`t have to do anything once you have activated the service. All you have to do is read the message, which has the date and time at which it was sent, If the caller left a number it will all so be in the message and if your phone supports it all you have to do is press send to call the person. This service is also free from a monthly subscription fee, Although a fee will apply for delivering of the SMS message to your mobile, Around 75c.


To activate the service all you have to do is call 122 and ask the VodaFone assistant to activate the "CALLscreen service".


Or You can activate it yourself by typing in on your mobiles keypad:-

Here is the list of Codes you can set when the caller is diverted to your CALLscreen service

21 ALL CALLS, All call will be diverted.

61 NO ANSWER, Only if you don`t answer you mobile with in 20 seconds. (This time amount can be changed.)

62 UNREACHABLE, Only if your mobile is switched off or not in a coverage area.

67 ENGAGED, Only if you are talking on you mobile when the caller rings.


To Customize your welcome message, Call 122 and ask the VodaFone assistant to customize your CALLscreen welcoming message.
