CALLminder Service

This service is an alternative to the CALLback service (Voice Mail). You can have your phone diverted to this service and an automated system will take your callers phone number (from CLI info) and SMS this number to your mobile.

This service is automatically setup for most 0410 XXX XXX numbers and probably new 0404 XXX XXX numbers too.

To turn it on simply divert your mobile phone to +61 414 122 000.

This can be done for several conditions.

Forwarding Code Condition
21 All Calls
67 When engaged
61 If no answer
62 If switched off or out of coverage

Then all you have to do is substitute the (forwarding code) with the one from the above table and dial this into your mobile phone followed by Send call.gif (1305 bytes).

**(Forwarding code)*+61414122000#

To check which conditions you have active, Type:-

*#(Forwarding code)# Send.

To de-activate CALLminder, Type:-

##(Forwarding code)# Send.

To de-activate ALL CALLminder diverts, Type:-

##002# Send.

PLEASE NOTE: You can only deactivate CALLminder this way if you have diverted your mobile to this number your self. If you are a 0410 XXX XXX number or have had this service activated automatically, you will have to ring VodaFone and ask them to turn it off. They really shouldn't do it this way (##002# Send should deactivate ALL call diverts, It's part of the GSM standard). But they want to know how many people are turning the service off. I have personally turned it off because by default it is setup to divert calls if you mobile is engaged. I don't like that idea.
