MobileBank

Mobile Banking is a service between VodaFone and the Commonwealth Bank. It allows you to manage you commonwealth bank account via your mobile phone.

Here is what you need

• A mobile phone with SMS Send / Receive and SIM Tool Kit (Nokia 6150/3210/8210/8850?, Ericsson A1018s/T18s/T10s, Motorola L series/StarTAC X/StarTAC Xe/cd 928/V3688/V2088)
• A Commonwealth Bank Account
• A new SIM card is need. This is free as long as you return your old SIM card within 30 days.

What you can do

• View Account Balances
• Transfer Funds
• BPay
• View last 16 MobileBank transactions

What it costs

• 24c per message (There is no charge until 31 march 2000)

This service can be used while roaming. The Banking menu does have a  password.
