VodaFone MobileNotes (SMS) service allows any VodaFone user to send a 160 character messages to any other VodaFone user in Australia and overseas. All you need is a mobile phone capable of sending (MO SMS) and receiving (MT SMS) SMS messages. Most mobile phones are capable of sending sms, just look for a "Messages" or "Write Messages" menu in your mobile phone. All   all you need to do is type in your message and send it to another persons mobile number. (With the prefixes 0410, 0414, 0415 and 0416.)

VodaFone Aust message centre number (SMSC) is +61415011501. You will only need this number if your mobile asks for it.

SMS is 20c a message (Up from the 1st of OCT from 15c)

TIP: Make sure you turn on "Delivery Reports or Show Delivery Reports". That way you will know when the other person receives your SMS. This DOES NOT cost anything.

NOTE: Smart SMS (8-bit, ringtone send/receive, logos ECT...) is currently in development (no release date yet)
