External Antennas Performance Vs Internal Antenna Performance

Well here is the proff that proves what we all know. External antennas perform better than internal ones. Here are 2 grafs of the performace of a Nokia Internal patch antenna (in PURPLE). The other (in light BROWN) is performance of an external antenna. It easy to see from the graf that the brown line out performes the purple one in both the GSM 900 band and the GSM 1800 band.
